It once belonged to the council of Bo\u00f1ar. Its parish church dates from the 17th century and is dedicated to San Pantale\u00f3n. Here there is a coat of arms that is said to belong to the Lady of Arintero.<\/p>\n

It has two “caves” which are actually two copper mines. Today they are called Cueva de Arriba and Cueva de Abajo.<\/p>\n

It celebrates its patron saint’s day on 27 July.<\/p>\n
